As we are located on an island, shipping could take a bit longer than if we were to ship from the mainland  and therefore we cannot guarantee exact shipping time. We will however provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your order.

We take great care in packaging each map carefully but we are aware that accidents can and do happen. If that would be the case, please take a photo of the map and the package it was in. We will send you a replacement map asap. 

They are made entirely in our small studio in Gran Canaria, Spain. We print, cut and paste each map ourselves.

Yes, we can. We currently have many islands in the pipeline but each one takes quite some time to create so it is a slow process. However, if there is an island that you hold close to your heart and would like a map of, let us know!

Yes, we can. In fact, we have received and fulfilled requests for custom layered maps depicting non-island regions. Please consult with us if you have a similar request.

Yes, we can. It may actually be visually more pleasant to set the island on a square sheet  - rather than an A4 – if the island has similar values of width and height, like Gran Canaria or the Big Island in Hawaii. Please let us know if this is your preferred option, or if you would want any other non-standard backing size.

Yes, we will soon be launching larger versions of our raised relief maps. However, if you are interested in a larger size of a particular island, let us know and we will do our best to create it for you. 

Some maps are more complicated and take longer to create than other maps and due to complex topography the assembling takes more time.
